By accessing or using CreateYourMusic.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CreateYourMusic.ai. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To access certain features you may need to create an account using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

CreateYourMusic.ai offers subscription plans that include a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are used to generate music, lyrics, music videos, and other AI-powered content on the Platform.

Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused credits do not roll over. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until then.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

- Use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform or its AI models.

- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform beyond normal usage.

- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute generated content in violation of your plan's license terms.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.

All Platform content, including the website design, logos, AI models, and software, is owned by CreateYourMusic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you generate using the Platform is subject to the license terms of your subscription plan. Free-tier users receive a personal, non-commercial license. Paid subscribers on yearly plans receive a commercial license as described on the Pricing page.

By submitting prompts, lyrics, or other input to the Platform, you grant CreateYourMusic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that input solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to CreateYourMusic (e.g., via email or community channels), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and incorporate those contributions to improve the Platform.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

The Platform and all content generated through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI-generated music and lyrics may not always meet your expectations. Results can vary based on input prompts, selected models, and generation settings. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreateYourMusic and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to CreateYourMusic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform, other users, or our reputation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination are forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
