We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google).

When you use our AI music tools, we process the prompts, lyrics, and settings you submit in order to generate your requested output. We also collect:

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation history, and interaction patterns.

- Device data: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.

- Payment data: billing information is processed by our third-party payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

We use your information to:

- Operate and maintain the Platform, including account management and credit tracking.

- Process your AI music generation requests and deliver results.

- Respond to support inquiries and communicate important updates.

- Improve our AI models, features, and overall user experience through aggregated analytics.

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Generated content (songs, lyrics, videos) is stored in your library until you delete it or close your account.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

We use third-party services for authentication (Google OAuth), payment processing, analytics, hosting (Cloudflare), and AI model inference. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable data processing agreements.

We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers for further details.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and access controls to protect your information.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. Specifically:

CreateYourMusic.ai is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
